The aim of this work stream is to explore and capture opportunities to map the possibilities for asset transfer in the West Midlands region, by working closely with local authorities to identify assets and opportunities.  The delivery partner will also organise workshops in communities where there is a lot of potential to enable participants to learn about the asset transfer process and implications in more detail.

Objectives include:
