Encouraging Co-Production

The aim of this work stream is to explain, explore and promote co-production as a delivery and empowerment method to active citizens, voluntary organisations and statutory organisations, through case-studies, events and articles. It will look at how co-production supports a cohesive approach to participation between citizens and agencies to identify the key issues and implications that should be considered in developing effective and efficient community services.

Objectives include:

  • Local seminars and workshops to explain and explore co-production as a means of delivering collective ‘goods’ associated with community life
  • Build on recommendations
  • Promote co-production as a means of empowerment.
