The aim of this work stream is to identify and raise awareness of challenges and good practice examples of equality and empowerment and share them online and through events to Civil Society citizens and partners. It is aimed at supporting the integration of best practice in other empowerment and leadership programmes and identifying practical methods of introducing change in the workplace.

Objectives include:

• Host a regional event to present the European method of addressing equalities, including workshops to explore how these methods might improve participation in the West Midlands
• Local workshops to support learning and participation
• Promote challenges and good practice examples of equality and empowerment
