Following our event in May, I thought it might be useful to put the notes from the workshops on this website. Over the course of the next couple of hours I will be uploading all the notes from the ASSET TRANSFER, CO-PRODUCTION, SOCIAL MEDIA AND TAKE PART workshops. I hope you find them useful.

A big thank you for a great day
Posted by paulinedutton on 19th May 2010I’d like to say a big, big thank you to everyone involved in making the regional event on 17th May a successful experience.
We had a full programme of activities and thanks to the Chair, and our key speaker we managed to keep within the context of the day and fit everything in!
Presenters brought their 2009-10 EVC projects to life, sharing their approach, achievements and challenges along with the impact these activities had on others. We had an added pleasure of hearing from individuals who were active participants in the projects and the difference it made to them.
Delegates had plenty of networking opportunities and took part in discussions during facilitated workshops on Asset Transfer, Social Media, Co-production and Take Part. They heard from the experts in their field and learned of the types of circumstance that could benefit from utilising the tried and tested approaches. These are also key themes running through the final year of the programme.
Take time to browse through the website and pick up on anything you missed - and share the links with your colleagues and partners!
I hope you found the event useful and feel encouraged to join in empowerment activities in the final year of the programme.
